After you have submitted your selection, you receive an automated quotation – as per the summary below – for your reference and we will send you a final version by email for your approval.

The final quotation will include the cost of the items as well as all other related charges, including shipping, insurance, custom duties, import VAT and any other government levies in your country. This may also include any logo or packaging customisation you want and that may not be included in the standard rate. It also confirms the order preparation and shipment times.

After approval of the quotation, you need to settle 30% of the agreed fee to execute the order and the balance of 70% when your order is being dispatched.

You will then receive a reference number along with the URL address of the logistics company so that you can track your shipment.
